ASPET authors may now designate co-corresponding authors as part of the manuscript submission process. ASPET's journals have allowed for multiple co-corresponding authors for several years. This new Bench>Press feature enables display of co-corresponding authors in the "Fast Forward" or manuscript version of an article. Previously, only the primary corresponding author was displayed.
As before, every manuscript must have a primary corresponding author who is responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce previously published figures, tables, and text; arranging payment of author fees; and checking page proofs.
The new feature allows all co-corresponding authors to be recognized when the manuscript version is published instead of having to wait until the formatted version appears online.
